About the Role

We are hiring Business Development Managers on behalf of one of our clients, a fast-growing creative technology and digital solutions company serving international markets. The role focuses on driving new business from the US market by selling digital and technology services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities in the US market through outbound sales, networking, and relationship building.
  • Promote and sell digital services including Website Development, SEO Services, Mobile Application Development, and Digital Transformation Solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to proposal presentation and closing deals.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal design and development teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, activities, and revenue forecasts.


Candidate Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in international sales or business development.
  • Experience working with the US market will be highly preferred.
  • Prior experience selling IT services, web development, SEO, digital marketing, or mobile app development services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in US shift / night shift.
  • Proven ability to handle end-to-end sales and achieve revenue targets.
