About Us:
LISSUN is a dynamic and innovative mental health startup focused on providing comprehensive care for
children with neurodevelopmental delays under the sub-brand Sunshine by LISSUN. Our mission is to create
supportive and nurturing environments in our offline child development and care centers, helping each child
reach their full potential. We are committed to making a significant impact in the mental health and child
development space.
About the Role:
The Onground Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of
Sunshine Children Development Centers across multiple regions. This role involves identifying new business
opportunities, establishing partnerships, and ensuring the successful launch and operation of new centers. The
ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in business development, particularly in the healthcare
or education sectors, and has a passion for improving children's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for new centers.
Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
● Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the network of Sunshine Centers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local government bodies, healthcare
providers, and educational institutions.
Develop and execute strategies for launching new centers, including site selection, contract negotiations, and
resource allocation.
● Partnership & Networking:
Establish partnerships with schools, hospitals, and community organizations to create referral networks.
Represent Sunshine Children Development Centers at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance
brand visibility and build networks.
● Operational Excellence:
Oversee the setup and operational launch of new centers, ensuring all aspects meet company standards.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover and ongoing support for new centers.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record in expanding business
operations, preferably in the healthcare or education sector.
Experience in setting up new centers or branches is highly desirable.
Skills:
● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
● Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
