Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about driving business

growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research,

networking, and outbound activities.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction

and retention.

• Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions to meet their

requirements.

• Prepare and present business proposals, sales pitches, and client presentations.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve

business goals.

• Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and progress using CRM

tools.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.


Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.• Ability to understand business needs and present solutions effectively.

• Negotiation and persuasion skills with a goal-oriented mindset.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital marketing or IT services.

• Experience in client acquisition or handling B2B clients.

• Ability to perform well under pressure in a target-driven environment.

• Certifications in business development, sales methodologies, or related fields

will be an added advantage.
