Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead & manage residential/commercial sales teams

✔ Handle site visits, client meetings & deal closures

✔ Manage channel partners & broker network

✔ Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

✔ Train, guide & motivate sales executives

✔ Coordinate with developers & inventory teams
