Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle business development activities — lead generation, follow-ups, and client conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of leasing and sales operations.
- Maintain and update client records using CRM tools (Zoho).
- Manage and distribute leads among the sales team; ensure lead verification and timely follow-up.
- Identify new business opportunities in commercial, warehouse, and industrial leasing segments.
- Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and data tracking related to leads and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients.
- Ensure proper coordination between seller and buyer to facilitate closure of deals.
- Support team members in achieving their monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Required Skills & Competencies:Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho ).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of leasing and real estate operations (preferred in Noida & Greater Noida market).
- Ability to handle a team and ensure consistent performance.
- Excellent time management and reporting ability.
