We are looking for enthusiastic and driven interns to join our Sales & Business Development Team and gain real-world exposure in lead generation and client acquisition.

Role Overview:As a Lead Generation & Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for sourcing leads, reaching out to potential clients, supporting the sales pipeline, and assisting in business development activities. This internship offers hands-on learning in B2B sales, CRM tools, client interactions, and market research.

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation KRAsResearch and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, job portals, directories, and other online sources.
  • Build and update a qualified lead database.
  • Generate [X number of new leads per week] as per targets.
  • Initiate outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Track and maintain leads in CRM tools.
  • Business Development KRAsAssist the team in pitching Cloudshope’s products and services to prospects.
  • Schedule demos and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Participate in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Support client meetings (virtual or physical in NCR).
  • Learn negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Contribute to achieving weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Requirements:Graduate/Post-Graduate (pursuing or completed) in any stream.
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and online research preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
