Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Design and implement new business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Manage and oversee the implementation of process changes and ensure smooth transition and adoption. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices. - Experience in implementing and configuring SAP MDG Tool for master data management. - Knowledge of data modeling and data integration concepts. - Experience in data quality management and data cleansing techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - This position is based at our Noida office. - An MBA degree is required.
