Business Function Implement Practitioner

Project Role : Business Function Implement PractitionerProject Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Must have skills : Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS)Good to have skills : Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) SitesMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : MBASummary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the business function, ensuring smooth operations and driving growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify areas for improvement. - Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization. - Design and implement new business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring successful implementation of business function improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design. - - Experience in defining and implementing organizational changes. - - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. - - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - This position is based in Noida. - An MBA degree is required.
