  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
  • Coordinate ambulance bookings and service requests.
  • Provide accurate information about services and charges.
  • Maintain call records and update details in the system.
  • Follow up with customers and ensure timely response.
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.



Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Prior call centre experience preferred
