- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
- Coordinate ambulance bookings and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about services and charges.
- Maintain call records and update details in the system.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely response.
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Prior call centre experience preferred
