Job Description

A Call Center Executive, also known as a Customer Service Executive or Contact Center Agent, is responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels.


Key Responsibilities:


  •   Promptly and professionally handling incoming customer calls. 
  •   Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies. 
  •   Addressing customer complaints and concerns, escalating to supervisors when necessary. 
  •   Updating customer information and logging interactions in the CRM system. 
  •   Guiding customers through processes, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
