Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to handle Multi Boring and Panel Saw machines. The candidate will be responsible for accurate cutting, drilling, and processing of panels/wood materials while ensuring quality standards and safe machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Panel Saw for precise cutting of plywood, MDF, laminates, and other materials
• Operate Multi Boring Machine for accurate drilling and hole positioning
• Read and understand cutting lists, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure proper machine setup, alignment, and calibration before operations
• Maintain accuracy and quality in finished products
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Identify and report machine faults or breakdowns
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE at all times
• Minimize material wastage and improve efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in operating Panel Saw and Multi Boring Machines
• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing / modular work
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding of safety practices

Education & Experience:

• Minimum: 10th Pass / ITI (Mechanical/Woodwork preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in furniture factory or woodworking unit
• Working Conditions:Factory / Workshop environment
• Standing job with machine handling
• May require shift work
• Additional Requirements:Team player with good discipline
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Willing to work overtime if required
