Category Manager – MRO

We are looking for an MRO Category Expert with deep knowledge of MRO procurement and strong client relationship management skills to lead, scale, and optimize our MRO vertical.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and scale MRO categories across tools, spares, consumables, electricals, safety gear & more.
• Build strong vendor networks, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality + timely supply.
• Drive cost optimization, category development, and vendor consolidation.
• Collaborate with plant maintenance, engineering, and procurement heads for seamless operations.
• Stay ahead with market insights, new products, and procurement innovations.

Who Can Apply

• 5–10 years of experience in MRO sourcing/procurement/category management.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen in MRO categories.
• Proven expertise in vendor development, client relationship management, and spend optimization.
• Educational background: B.Tech / MBA (preferred in Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering).
