We are seeking an Operations Manager to anchor the internal coordination and execution of the Day to Day Business Operations. this role will be responsible for overseeing daily Pre & Post sales team activities, reviewing performance plans, ensuring CRM discipline, and maintaining structured reporting systems to drive results and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Team Management to handle Order Processing, Dispatches, Billing, MIS, CRM, Payment Followups etc.

• Plan Review & Approval

• KRA Oversight

• Monitor individual performance metrics to ensure alignment with both personal and organizational goals.

• Reporting & Dashboarding

• Create and maintain performance reports and dashboards for leadership review and strategic decision-making.

• Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with application support, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless demos, campaigns, and delivery execution.
