Job Description
- Loan Processing Support: Handle end-to-end back-office operations for home loan cases, including login, documentation verification, and data entry in LOS/CBS systems.
- Document Management: Scrutinize KYC, income, property, and legal documents to ensure completeness and compliance with company and lender policies.
- Coordination & Follow-ups: Liaise with sales teams, credit, legal, technical, and banks/HFCs to track case status and resolve discrepancies.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal SOPs, and audit requirements while maintaining high data accuracy.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on logins, sanctions, disbursements, and pending cases for management review.
