Key Responsibilities:
1] Manage site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
2] Build and maintain long-term client relationships
3] Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
4] Maintain strong knowledge of local real estate market & inventory
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory)
- Proven track record of closures
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in residential / commercial projects
- Ability to work independently & handle pressure
