Job Title: Customer Service Associate – Voice Process (Domestic)

Location: Sector 142, Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Process: Domestic Voice Support

Salary: ₹2.7 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA (based on experience and last drawn salary)

• Eligibility & Requirements
• Education: Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 to 12 months of Domestic BPO Voice experience (mandatory)
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Accent: Neutral Indian accent (No MTI / RTI)
• Skills: Good typing speed, accuracy, and basic computer knowledge
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

• Work Details
• Working Days: 5 days working + 2 rotational week-offs
• Shift: Rotational shifts
• Cab Facility: Cab/transport provided during odd hours (7:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

• Interview Details
• Interview Mode: Virtual
• Interview Rounds: HR + Operations + Versant Assessment
