House of Zaika is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef who can prepare high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure an excellent dining experience for customers. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene practices, and menu planning.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to House of Zaika standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and coordinate with management for timely procurement.
• Assist in menu planning and introduce innovative dishes.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain cost control and minimize food wastage.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine (additional cuisine expertise is a plus).
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management and teamwork skills.
• Creativity in food presentation.
• Culinary diploma or certification preferred but not mandatory.
