Civil Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as roads, buildings, bridges, water systems, and other public and private developments. The ideal candidate ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations and standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and manage civil engineering projects from concept to completion
• Prepare drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Supervise construction activities and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders
• Review and approve technical documents and reports
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
• Identify and resolve design and construction issues
• Use engineering software and tools for analysis and design
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred or required, depending on role)
• Proven experience in civil engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Working ConditionsCombination of office-based work and on-site fieldwork
• May require travel to construction sites
• Ability to work under deadlines and varying weather conditions
