Job Description
- Prepare Bills as per CPWD specifications and submit to the client and get it certified.
- Prepare material Reconciliation.
- Prepare PRW Bill reconciliation.
- Collaborate with Engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the bill.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Billing Engineer in Civil with expertise in execution, billing, Quality control in multistoried building
- Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender
- prepare & process subcontractor bills
- To take the measurement from the site engineer
