Job Title: Client Coordinator / Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Coordinator to manage client communication and streamline internal workflow.

Role Overview

The candidate will act as the bridge between clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth communication, clear understanding of requirements, and efficient execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain communication with clients through calls, messages, and meetings
• Handle multiple client groups and ensure timely responses and updates
• Understand client requirements clearly and translate them into actionable briefs
• Coordinate with the creative and marketing team to ensure accurate execution
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of work
• Maintain records of client communication, feedback, and revisions

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and convert them into clear briefs
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and content workflows
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in client servicing, coordination, or project management
• Experience working in a marketing agency or similar environment
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, or similar project management tools
