Client Relationship Executive

Viable Outsource Solution looking for a highly articulate and detail-oriented Client Communication Executive to manage client interactions primarily through email communication. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, strong professionalism, and the ability to build positive client relationships through effective correspondence.

Location:- Noida Sector 63 near Metro

Work Mode: Hybrid

Required Experience:- Fresher to 6 months

Shift Timings:- US Shift (flexible timings) + WFH

Working Days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client communication via email in a professional and timely manner
• Respond to client queries, concerns, and requests clearly and accurately
• Maintain proper email etiquette and ensure high-quality written responses
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and provide accurate responses
• Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
• Maintain records of communication and client interactions
• Ensure client communication aligns with company standards and tone

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written & verbal English communication skills (grammar, clarity, tone)
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities
• Ability to understand client requirements and respond effectively
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in client handling, customer support, or email support
