Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients who have enquired through our websites or social platforms.
• Explain company services such as portfolio shoots, auditions, and casting opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for photoshoots, auditions, and client visits.
• Follow up with clients post-visit to ensure satisfaction and offer upsell opportunities (premium packages, promotions, etc.).
• Maintain and update client data in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and production team to ensure smooth coordination and excellent client experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi/ Bengali Language.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
• Prior experience in telecalling / inside sales / customer service preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc.).
