Client Relationship Executive
Manage communication and relationships with donors, partners, and beneficiaries. Handle follow-ups, coordination, and basic reporting to ensure smooth client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with donors/clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Maintain client records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates and support
- Assist in fundraising and outreach activities
Eligibility:
- Freshers welcome
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Basic MS Excel and email knowledge
- Interest in social work / NGO sector
