Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and concerns
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide excellent customer service
• Follow up with clients regularly for feedback and service updates
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
