Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and clients for kids (0–14 years) photoshoots
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications (calls, WhatsApp, meetings, follow-ups)
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable photoshoot packages and services
• Conduct client meetings and explain packages, pricing, and offers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Generate business and contribute to overall company revenue growth
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal shoot/creative team
• Handle client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for upselling premium packages, albums, or add-on services
• Maintain client database and update CRM regularly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, client handling, or relationship management
• Experience in photography studio, event sales, education, or service industry will be an advantage
