Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or services
• Ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service
• Monitor client performance, satisfaction, and retention
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for clients and management
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue and relationship goals

• 2–5 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted based on role level)
