Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support & Compliance: Ensure all franchise locations adhere to brand standards, policies, and procedures through regular audits and site visits.
  • Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, analyze financial reports, and develop action plans to improve franchisee performance and profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact to foster positive, collaborative relationships, resolving disputes between franchisees and the corporate office.
  • Training & Onboarding: Facilitate training programs, workshops, and induction for new and existing franchisees.
  • Sales & Growth Support: Assist in marketing initiatives, lead generation, and business development to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Communication: Coordinate meetings and ensure clear communication regarding new products, policies, or brand direction.
