Client Service Executive

 Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Handle customer queries (pre-sales & after-sales)
• Maintain strong follow-up with clients
• Resolve complaints related to machinery, dispatch, installation, or service
• Coordinate with technical team for problem-solving
• Maintain CRM / customer data records

Problem Solving & Coordination

• Identify customer issues and escalate to concerned department
• Follow up until issue is fully resolved
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, service & sales team
• Ensure proper communication between customer and internal team

EA to Management Responsibilities

• Direct reporting to Management
• Daily reporting of:
• Customer complaints
• Dispatch status
• Pending payments
• Production updates
• Schedule meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
• Track management instructions and ensure execution
• Maintain confidential documents

Communication & Documentation

• Prepare professional emails and quotations
• Coordinate via phone, WhatsApp & email
• Maintain proper documentation of machinery dispatch & service

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Good problem-solving ability, Basic technical understanding (machinery background preferred)
• Good Excel & MS Office knowledge
• Organized & disciplined
• Ability to handle pressure and can work in flexible working hours.
