Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and event expectations
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
- Conduct regular review and feedback meetings
- Event Planning & ExecutionInterpret client briefs and develop event concepts with internal teams
- Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams
- Oversee end-to-end execution of events and ensure deliverables are met
- Project & Coordination ManagementManage multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop detailed event plans, schedules, and checklists
- Coordinate vendors, venues, artists, and partners
- Ensure quality control and adherence to timelines
- Commercial & Budget ManagementPrepare and manage event budgets and cost estimates
- Track project profitability and cost efficiency
- Support negotiations with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure billing milestones and collections from clients
- Business Development SupportIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support pitch presentations and new client acquisition
- Contribute to proposal strategy and ideation
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation ability
- Understanding of corporate events and experiential marketing
- Budgeting and vendor management capability
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail and deadline orientation
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and event documentation
- Experience & Qualifications4–8 years in event management / experiential marketing / agency environment
- Experience handling corporate events, conferences, or brand activations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events, Hospitality, or related field
