Job Description
- Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment recovery
- Handle inbound calls related to payment queries and delinquent accounts
- Explain outstanding dues, penalties, and repayment options clearly
- Negotiate and finalize payment arrangements or settlement plans
- Follow up regularly with customers to ensure commitments are met
- Update call logs, payment status, and remarks in CRM systems
- Escalate critical or high-risk accounts to senior teams when required
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines
