Collection Executive / Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a calm, confident, and well‑presented Female Collection Executive who can handle customer interactions with patience, clarity, and a positive attitude. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong listening ability, and a polite, soft‑spoken approach while managing overdue payment follow‑ups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Follow‑ups (No Field Work)

• Make polite and professional follow‑up calls regarding pending or overdue payments.
• Maintain a friendly, respectful tone with every customer.
• Ensure timely recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

2. Communication & Customer Handling

• Handle conversations with patience, empathy, and a calm temperament.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a pleasant, confident communication style.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Update call logs, follow‑up status, and payment commitments in Excel or CRM.
• Manage communication through email, WhatsApp, and other digital tools.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for the collection manager.

4. Professional Conduct

• Maintain a soft‑spoken, courteous, and service‑oriented approach.
• Avoid conflict, arguments, or short‑tempered responses.
• Follow all company guidelines and ethical collection practices.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Soft‑spoken, polite, and confident communication style.
• Good listening skills and an impressive, clear voice.
• Positive attitude with high patience and emotional control.
• Strong attention to detail and careful handling of customer information.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Internet browsing, Email drafting, and WhatsApp communication.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple follow‑ups.

Qualifications

• 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or collections is an advantage.
