Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Collections & Recovery

Credgenics is urgently hiring Telecalling Executives for Collections & Recovery. The role involves interacting with customers to ensure timely payments and resolving outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders
• Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
• Handle customer queries related to payments professionally

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Bengali, Assamese, Oriya, or Tamil (any one mandatory)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Working Details:

• Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Week Off: Rotational
• Training: Paid process training provided
