Job Description
It's Collection process, where you need to make the call to customers related to the collection of pending payments.
Must be comfortable with Hindi and Basic English.
Graduate/ Undergraduate, Fresher & Experienced both can apply.
Shift :- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM & 1 Rotational Week off
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments (credit card/loan accounts)
- Handle field visits for collections and recovery cases
- Negotiate and resolve delinquent accounts professionally
- Maintain daily collection reports and update system records
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and legal guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution
- Achieve assigned recovery targets
