Collection Executive / Officer

Job Description:

We are hiring Collection Executives / DRA Certified Agents for banking products. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers for overdue payments and ensuring timely recovery as per company and bank guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments through calls and field visits.
• Handle collections for Credit Card, Personal Loan, and Business Loan portfolios.
• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure recovery targets are achieved.
• Maintain proper follow-up records and update collection status in the system.
• Follow RBI and company compliance guidelines during the recovery process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18 to 28 years
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• DRA Certification preferred (freshers can also apply)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of banking collections is an advantage
