Job Description

executive is responsible for managing overdue payments and recovering debts from clients or customers

Core responsibilities

  • Contact and communication: Contact clients to discuss overdue accounts and find solutions.
  • Payment negotiation: Negotiate repayment plans and payment terms with customers.
  • Record keeping:Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, transactions, and communications.
  • Follow-up: Follow up on payment commitments and agreements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Customer service: Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach
