Job Title: Fee Collection Executive / Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fee Collection Executive / Team Leader with a background in the EdTech industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing fee collection, following up with students/parents for pending payments, and ensuring timely revenue realization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with students/parents for pending fee payments.
• Manage daily fee collection calls and maintain payment records.
• Achieve monthly collection targets.
• Resolve payment-related queries and provide proper guidance.
• Maintain collection reports and update CRM/MIS systems.
• For TL Role: Monitor team performance, guide team members, and ensure achievement of collection targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in EdTech fee collection or student payment follow-up.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle targets and pressure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheet
