🔔 Positions: Collection Manager / Assistant Manager – Collections Department
📍 Location: Noida
💼 Experience: 3 year minimum
🎓 Qualification: Graduate
🕘 Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities: Manage and guide a team of collection department
- Achieve monthly recovery targets
- Monitor daily performance and MIS reports
- Handle escalated and high-value cases
- Ensure compliance with company & RBI norms
- Train and motivate team members
- Required Skills: Strong leadership & communication skills
- Good knowledge of collections & recovery process
- MS Excel & reporting skills
- Preferred Background: Experience in Bank / NBFC / Fintech / BPO Collections
- Knowledge of Personal Loan / Credit Card / SME recovery
