Job Description
- Visit customers/clients to collect overdue payments as per assigned routes
- Follow up on pending dues through field visits, calls, and reminders
- Explain payment details, outstanding amounts, and repayment options to customers
- Collect cash/cheques/digital payments and submit them as per company procedure
- Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer interactions
- Report daily collection status and challenges to the supervisor
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and legal norms
