Collections - Junior Manager

Paytm is hiring for the role of Collections- Junior Manager!

Reponsilibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieve collection targets of the Respective Branch assigned
• Meet the Target on the product assigned for Collections
• Ensuring legal guidelines are compiled for entire collection structure in letter and sprits
• Ensure that the collection agencies and In-house collectors adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force
• Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct
• Continuous monitoring collection agencies and In-house collectors to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of relevant experience in Collections role
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Negotiations skills - strong bias for driving results in a High performance environment
• Strong Relationship and Leadership skills
• Working Knowledge of Computers
• Growth Mindset
• Demonstrated success and achievement orientation
• Willingness to experiment and improve continuously
