Job Description

  • Install, configure, and provide support for desktop hardware and software.
  • Perform OS baselining, including patch updates and antivirus signature management.
  • Optimize system performance through regular performance tuning activities.
  • Configure network settings, including LAN card setup and basic IP configuration.
  • Provide support for productivity tools such as email clients, web browsers, and MS Office applications.
  • Handle hardware/software installation, OS upgrades, patch deployment, and desktop troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot operating system services and resolve related technical issues.
  • Attend and resolve L1 and basic L2 support calls within defined SLAs.
