• Key Responsibilities:
• Operate computer systems to process, record, and track dispatch data.
• Enter and update dispatch schedules, delivery orders, and shipment details into the system.
• Generate dispatch documents such as gate passes, invoices, delivery challans, and route sheets.
• Coordinate with outlets teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Monitor vehicle movement and maintain digital logs of departures, arrivals, and delays.
• Communicate with drivers and transporters to confirm delivery instructions and routes.
• Maintain and back up dispatch records for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports for management review.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures while handling dispatch operations.
