Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Log in to partner dashboards (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) to apply new discounts, combos, and offers as per brand or marketing team instructions.

2. Monitor the status of offers, flash sales, and campaigns daily to ensure correct implementation and visibility.

3. Maintain a record of all active and expired offers in Excel or Google Sheets.

4. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to confirm campaign timelines, budgets, and expected impact.

5. Communicate changes or issues (e.g., system errors, incorrect pricing, offer mismatch) to the concerned team immediately.

6. Assist in performance tracking by capturing screenshots, generating basic offer performance reports, and sharing updates with management.

7. Support in other data entry or dashboard-related operational tasks when required.
