Construction / Site Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day site operations of an industrial building project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and within the project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities, including civil, structural, finishing, plumbing, and electrical works.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and labor teams to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage to prevent wastage and ensure timely availability.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site photographs, and update management on work status.
• Inspect workmanship to ensure high quality and compliance with industrial construction standards.
• Oversee layout marking, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and finishing activities.
• Ensure proper safety gear and practices are followed by all workers on site.
• Support in verification of contractor bills, BOQs, and material quantities as required.
• Assist in coordination between the design team, architects, and project management for smooth execution.
