Job description:

Ansible & Puppet Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining Ansible and Puppet automation code for system automation
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate system tasks into automated workflows
• Optimizing application and system implementation globally
• Creating pipelines for application deployments
• Maintain RedHat Ansible and Puppet Automation Platform
• Develop and maintain Ansible and Puppet playbooks and roles for automated IT processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify automation opportunities and improve system efficiencies.
• Ensure the integrity and performance of IT infrastructure through effective automation solutions.
• Document processes and best practices for Ansible and Puppet development.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Ansible and Puppet automation implementations.
• Participate in code review and repository maintenance for Ansible and Puppet scripts.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Ansible and Puppet and Python for infrastructure and networking environments.
• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
