Consultant – Data Analyst Python

Inviting applications for the role of Consultant – Data Analyst Python
In this role, you would be a senior data analyst and automation specialist in the Capital Markets domain. It involves automation, data analytics as well as data maintenance. You will be responsible for managing stakeholders in the client’s organization. You will also need to interact with the other teams and stakeholders to tackle business problems, gather and report status of ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
• Solve business problems using advance data analytics tools like Python, R and GenAI solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automations.
• Identify use cases to suggest solutions. Interact with client to understand requirements.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog for development and implementation of automation solutions.
• Fix bugs and enhance existing automation solutions.
• End-to-end project management including day-to-day delivery, reporting, escalations etc.
• Stakeholder management – Collaborate with client, tech teams and Genpact stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Communicate and co-ordinate with different teams and act as point of contact for end user for any data related requests or service issues.
• Be able to work in high pressure environment.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• Any Graduate
• MBA / M. Tech(preferred)
• Agile Certified – good to have.
• Should have prior experience in Data analysis and automation.

Preferred qualifications

• Strong Excel & VBA skills are a must.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python is a must.
• Should have a working knowledge of GenAI.
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Spotfire or other visualization tools are an added advantage.
• Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach.
• Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables.
• Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools.
• Process orientated awareness of Lean Six Sigma
