Inviting applications for the role of Consultant QA Engineer  

We are seeking a versatile QA Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across our Salesforce ecosystem and .NET-based applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between manual exploratory testing and robust automated validation, ensuring high-quality releases in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end testing, from requirement analysis to the deployment of scalable automation frameworks. 

Responsibilities 

• Manual & Automation Testing: Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated suites. 

• Salesforce Validation: Perform functional and regression testing on Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Billing and Revenue Cloud and custom objects. Validate complex configurations like flows, triggers, and validation rules. 

• .NET Application Testing: Conduct system, integration, and UI testing for .NET-based web applications, ensuring seamless interoperability with the Salesforce platform. 

• Framework Development: Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Provar, or Playwright. 

• API & Data Testing: Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman and validate data integrity using SOQL or SQL queries. 

• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions. 

• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into DevOps pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to support continuous delivery.  

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Experience: Relevant years of hands-on experience in QA (Manual & Automation) with a focus on Salesforce and .NET environments. 

• Technical Proficiency: 

• Strong knowledge of C# or Java for automation scripting. 

• Experience with Salesforce-specific tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce Inspector. 

• Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 

• Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 

• Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) or ISTQB Foundation Level.
