Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and social media
• Create SEO-optimized content with proper keyword placement and structure
• Ensure content reflects real experience, industry knowledge, and trustworthiness (E-E-A-T)
• Develop content for real estate projects and marketing campaigns
• Research topics and produce valuable, user-focused content
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of proven content writing experience
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization
• Ability to write natural, human-like, and engaging content (avoid keyword stuffing)
• Understanding of E-E-A-T principles for content credibility
• Experience in blog writing, website content, and ad copy

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate content writing
• Familiarity with WordPress and SEO tools (RankMath, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
• Understanding of content strategy and user intent
