👨‍🍳 Job Title: Continental Chef

Location: Nukkad Nosh – Sector 79, Noida

Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 2–5 years in continental/modern café kitchen

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of continental dishes, including pastas, sandwiches, grilled items, salads, and appetizers.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
• Develop and suggest new dishes or fusion recipes to expand the café’s menu.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
• Coordinate with helpers/kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
• Manage inventory of continental ingredients and communicate purchasing needs.
• Assist during bulk orders, combo deals, and weekend rushes.

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Continental/Multicuisine Chef in a café, bistro, or quick-service restaurant.
• Knowledge of modern plating, sauces, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Creativity in flavor blending and presentation.
• Understanding of food cost control and kitchen efficiency.
• Team player with good attitude and communication.

⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience in burgers, loaded fries, platters, or mocktails.
• Prior work in a cloud kitchen or café-style outlet.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen POS apps (like PetPooja).
