Location: NCR (Delhi / Noida / Gurugram)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental cook with 2 years of experience in preparing a variety of continental dishes. The candidate should have good knowledge of continental cuisine, food preparation techniques, and kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes such as pasta, sandwiches, grills, salads, and sauces.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the kitchen supervisor about ingredient requirements.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Continental cook.
• Basic knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
• Basic understanding of menu planning and plating.

Working Hours: As per restaurant/kitchen schedule.
