We are hiring for multiple positions in our Continental Kitchen and Service Department.

Commi I – Continental Chef

Commi II – Continental Chef

Commi III – Continental Chef

Kitchen Helper

Steward / Service Staff

• Key Responsibilities:
• Commi I – Continental Chef Prepare and cook continental dishes.
• Ensure quality, presentation & hygiene.
• Handle mise-en-place and guide junior staff.
• Commi II – Continental Chef Assist in cooking and food preparation.
• Follow recipes, plating standards & maintain cleanliness.
• Support Commi I during service.
• Commi III – Continental ChefBasic cutting, chopping & food prep.
• Support senior commis and maintain kitchen hygiene.
• Kitchen HelperWash utensils, clean the kitchen area.
• Assist in cutting, food prep & waste disposal.
• Steward / Service Staff: Serve food and assist guests.
• Maintain dining area and coordinate with kitchen/service team.
• Requirements (Combined): Relevant experience for Commi I & II preferred.
• Basic kitchen knowledge for Commi III & Helper.
• Good communication & presentable for Steward.
• Teamwork, hygiene awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
