Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Cook/Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in a kitchen environment, a passion for cooking, and the ability to work efficiently in a small space. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving our dishes while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and customer orders in a timely manner.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all dishes are prepared with attention to quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the cooking area clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to food safety standards and health regulations.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, checking stock, and reporting shortages.
• Customer Service: Occasionally interact with customers, providing friendly service and responding to questions about the menu.
• Efficiency & Speed: Work quickly during peak hours while maintaining food quality and cleanliness.
